ORDERS
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing. This may take longer during new releases, major holidays and sale periods.
What courier will my parcel be shipped with?
We ship to the United Kingdom using Royal Mail 48®.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
I have not received my order, where is it?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have not received your order within the timeframe, please email info@baxter-baxter and a member of our customer support team will investigate this for you.
Can I modify my order?
If you wish to amend an order, please email us with your order number and the size/style you would like to change so we can process this for you.
We cannot assist with amendments during peak periods such as site-wide sales and the Christmas season.
Can I amend my delivery address?
If you wish to amend your delivery address, email us with your order number and the new address you wish to change. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change this.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@baxter-baxter.com with your order number and a member of our customer support team will process this accordingly. If an order has been dispatched before we could cancel this, we will provide you with the next steps to return this to us.

What materials are the products made of?
Our beaded bracelets are handmade in our UK workshop using A-grade natural gemstones and 925 sterling silver.
Leather bracelets are handmade using premium leathers and fastened with a marine-grade stainless steel bayonet clasp.
How can I care for my my jewellery?
To keep your products in great condition we recommend the following steps.
To clean your beaded jewellery (gemstone, pearl, etc.), create a mixture of lukewarm water and mild dish soap. Gently wipe the bracelet with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent damage to the gemstones.
Polish 925 sterling silver jewellery with a silver polishing cloth.
Store your jewellery in it’s Baxter&Baxter pouch.
Avoiding contact with chemicals such as perfume, hair spray and deodorant.
Remove leather jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, etc.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event of receiving an item with a fault, or if an item becomes faulty within 1 month of your order being placed, we can exchange or refund the item.
If you have a faulty item please email info@baxter-baxter.com with photos and details of the fault, along with your order number.
